Honeywell HBS has an outstanding opportunity as an Install Account Executive. The primary responsibility will be to successfully sell Honeywell Building Controls and Automation through the construction channel in the Richmond Virginia Territory.
Position duties:
- Developing business plans and meeting overall financial objectives.
- Interfacing with, and calling on, all levels of management.
- Presenting professional proposals that includes technical solutions, financial solutions, and overall cost savings.
The Install Account Executive position is essential to HBS services critical building systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, fire, security and energy management.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associates degree
- 3 years of HVAC sales experience
- 5 years of experience in Building Solutions sales
- Ability to travel 25%-50%
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Finance preferred
- Technical application experience with HVAC Control Systems is required.
- Ability to develop and execute prospecting and account plans.
- Experience working with mechanical and electrical contractors.
- Excellent cold-calling skills and the ability to identify and seek out new business.
