Located in Richmond Virginia,  Honeywell Building Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Service Account Representative to sell Honeywell Security to our growing mid-size to large commercial customers.  With a territory that covers all of South Dakota and Northern Iowa this is a great opportunity for a sales executive with c-suite selling experience. 


 


As an expert Service Account Representative your primary responsibility will be to successfully sell Honeywell solutions, including products, services, and maintenance contracts to commercial accounts (schools, hospitals, office buildings, industrial facilities). This position involves being responsible for


 


Duties of your position:


 



  • Promote Honeywell’s service and maintenance offerings for Security, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) controls, Mechanical Maintenance, and Fire Alarm to C level executives

  • Consultative sales approach to upgrade and enhance the customer’s current facility infrastructure.

  • Target and qualify new customers to continually increase the base of service customers.

  • Meet sales team’s account management goals by calling on existing contract customers to review HBS performance and ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Use financial selling model to show potential customers the benefit of Honeywell’s solutions value.

  • Perform contract renewal activities that are focused on client needs.

  • Orchestrate resources and build virtual teams committed to and accountable for your client’s success


HBS specializes in service of critical building systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, fire, security and energy management.


 


Basic Qualifications Needed:



  • Associates degree

  • 3 years of experience in HVAC or Building Solution Sales


Additional Qualifications



  • Sales experience in selling technology products HVAC Controls, fire alarm, security, mechanical systems or service to commercial and industrial clients

  • Consistent over achievement of sales quotas.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Cold calling expert
